1. About Nails by Lily

These terms and conditions apply to all nail services provided by Lily, trading as Nails by Lily. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

I work from a rented space and provide professional nail services. Your booking will be automatically confirmed, but I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my policies.

2. Booking and Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability. While bookings are automatically confirmed, I reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments that don't align with my business policies.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or cancel your service to avoid delays for other clients.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You must give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in you being required to pay full service value which will be sent to you via a payment link. If no payment is received then future bookings will be cancelled.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible through your preferred communication method.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

I accept cash and card payments.

Prices are clearly displayed and agreed upon before the service begins. The full amount must be paid before you leave.

5. Service Guarantee and Refunds

I take pride in my work and want you to love your nails. If you experience any issues with your service, please contact me within 72 hours.

While I don't offer refunds for completed services, I will fix any problems free of charge if reported within 72 hours of your appointment.

This guarantee covers workmanship issues only, not damage caused by your own actions after leaving the salon.

6. Health and Safety

Please inform me of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns that might affect your nail service.

I maintain high hygiene standards and use professional-grade products. If you experience any adverse reactions, please let me know immediately.

I reserve the right to refuse service if I believe it could harm your nail health or if you have an infection that could spread.

7. Your Information

Any personal information you provide is used solely for booking purposes and to contact you about your appointments.

I will never share your details with third parties or use them for marketing without your explicit consent.

You can request to see or delete your information at any time by contacting me directly.

8. General Terms

I am not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during your appointment.

Photos of my work may be used for portfolio purposes. Please let me know if you prefer your nails not to be photographed.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available during the booking process.
